The stained glass art of Jackson Jean is unique in that he explores various design approaches with consideration of the individual architectural applications for each piece that he creates.

Jackson believes that stained glass is one of the most intense and dynamic art forms and therefore is ageless.

Jackson Jean was born in Springfield, MO in 1951. In 1980 he began his career as a stained glass artist and has continued to hone his skills and his knowledge of traditional and new types of art glass and the emotional effects of color and light on the human mind.

Jackson has lived and worked in the Bay Area since 2004.
